How to forget something quick and completely?
Well, you have a problem here. The brain may be like a digital computer in some ways, but there is no 'Delete' button. Once an image is stored in long-term memory, it's THERE for good. That's why you can still remember events from early childhood.
There's not much you can do. But I would try this, at least...
1. Whenever the image comes back, dismiss it immediately by focusing intensely on something else. If something triggers recall of the memory and you are aware of it, if you THINK about it in any way, you'll only INGRAIN it more deeply. Whatever you do, don't allow yourself to think about it or feel anything about it.
2. If you can, when you focus on something else, choose the opposite kind of image. For example, if it's a disturbing image, like death of a relative, focus instead on a happy image, like the hummingbirds that came to your garden. The idea is to create a new pattern of recall.
3. Is something triggering the image? If you know what it is, try to eliminate that from a prominent place in your mind. For example, are you holding a grudge? Do you have guilt? Forgive the person, forgive yourself, walk away from it and leave the baggage behind, commit to not caring about the incident anymore, and move on. Otherwise, the issue will continue to trigger the image.
The idea is to refocus your life away from the past and back to the present and the future.
I'll level with you, there is no quick fix for this. The image is in memory for good. You're only hope is to stop recall of the image. This is a tough one. But I wish you luck!"

Guiter Made Look Hard. But it isn't once you get used to it. I'm going to show you the notes on the guiter. First thing is first you will need a guiter that has 6 strings. The note on a electric guitar is the same as the one on the acoustic guitar.

Copy that URL by highlighting the URL first then right click and press copy. Open another Window or tab. Type savevid.com, where it said URL Right click on the blank line and paste that URL of the video, than click download, when you click download, It has the name of the video. Click On Download FLV.(Oh yeah, You need the FLV Video Player. 1. Use a sharp knife and cut each layer of skin
2. Hang them on a rope above a tank full of piranhas and slowly cut the rope
3. Put them in a in a electrical chair (scary)
4. Put Nails Under the person blanket
5. (need 2 people) 1 person stretches his eye out the other poke the eye with a needle
6. Cover the person with blood and ketchup and throw them in the water full of sharks
7. Tie up his hands and feet, take off his sock and tickle the person feet until they die.
